The Annual Meeting of Red Oak Grove Lutheran Church will be held on
September 18, 2022 following worship.
We will be making a final vote on the constitutional changes.

We are looking for volunteers to serve on the Church Council.

Council Minutes- August 16, 2022
The meeting was called to order by president, Gary Ulland.
Members in attendance included: Gary, Rony, Holly, Tom, Rachel, Cathy, Pastor Leandra, and Diana Pastor Leandra led opening prayer.
Secretary Report:
Report approved by all present as is.
Pastor’s Report:
Started text study, otherwise not much to report since last meeting.
Treasurer’s Report:
Report approved by all present. Opening balance: $13,520.29
Revenue: $6,482.33
Expenses: $11,079.26
Ending Balance: $8,923.36
Deacon’s Report:
Nothing to report
Trustee’s Report:
Tom checking more into leak on roof that is coming into men’s bathroom. Will be checking around on prices to get Summer fill of LP. Tom will check in with Shad and get date lined up to start the carpet install.
WELCA Report:
No report
Old Business:
1. Phones are all updated and completed.
2. Still waiting to hear back from musicians for Cowboy Service.

Extra Council Meeting
August 23, 2022
Meeting Called to order by president Gary Ulland.
Council Present: Holly, Pastor Leandra, Tom, Gary, Diana, Cathy, Julie, Rony
Received quote to fix roof leak and few other areas in need of some attention. Quote is $2850. Motion made to accept job quote and have roof fixed. Approved by all present.
Tree on north side of Church needs to be taken down. Tom got quote of $250 to drop tree and $100 to grind stump. Tom is willing to take down tree free of charge then would only have to pay to grind stump. Motion made to have Tom cut down and pay $100 to have stump grinded out. Approved by all present.
Heard back from Cowboy Service musicians and will be having September 11, 2022 at 10 a.m. WELCA ladies have offered to purchase Hotdogs, Buns and let us use leftover chips for lunch after service. Council will provide a salad and cookies and will cook and serve meal.
